My worst stay first we booked a suite and they didn’t have any but I paid for a suite and the I was in an adjoining room and they had the tv blaring all night! Then it was supposed to have breakfast but they didn’t even have coffee!!!! Terrible

Everything was fine, except that the dryer in the laundry room did not work. I think the heating element has gone out. My clothes were in there for over an hour and were still cold and wet

never again.
the doors didn’t shut all the way. you had to make sure they were closed completely. the locks were subpar. there had to have been a wild boar in the room above me because there was running all throughout the night. people loitering in the parking lot asking for money. the last morning of my stay, I was getting dressed about to go checkout and someone knocked on the door. I didn’t answer because I was in the bathroom getting dressed. when I came out the person literally was pushing the door open. luckily I had a chair in front of the door so they couldnt get in easily.

You can hear the noise from the neighbors and everything around you. Lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The breakfast they advertise is only coffee from a machine. The staff is very kind and friendly.

Tim is a gift. He is funny, helpful and has great customer service skills. The only thing I would change is that there is a lot of furniture, etc set next to the dumpster.

Our heater was not working and water leak on toilet. They gave us another room. Very nice except there was some mold in shower stall, and faucet knob sprayed beyond sink area.

The room we stayed in had the wall in the bathroom literally chewed all around the door frame. The toilet was rusty, the bath tub was stained. I personally would have changed the room but it was for my mother and she didnt want to make a fuss. The walls were dirty, the floors werent even clean. The lock on the door was broken also. They did look like they may have been remodeling or atleast changing out the furniture. But if they dont deep clean and fix the walls then why put new furniture in?

Peaceful stay while waiting for my boyfriend to get in on a good position at his new job.. This room was at low cost with hotels com thank gods because we were waiting on employment at a new job and was using our savings. We were surprised to find this location felt more like being at home than in a hotel.. the staff came by quickly and we're very efficient.. I had a very secluded building with a lovely view of newly planted trees that opened up the back area to some beautiful woods that made us feel as if we were alone and had a peaceful stay..
