Lovely hotel
The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and smart with great facilities. The hotel is in a lovely location but the only downside was that the fish and chips were terrible!

Bartenders ignored me to order but as soon as a man walked up to the bar they helped him! 😢. Then when they finally acknowledge me. They couldn’t make my order. Whatever! I actually went across the street to the Italian restaurant because it was so ridiculous how they treated me!! And then they treat me like a queen the chef came out and made me something special.

Beautiful property. Beautiful views. Lovely restaurants on property. Loved having a spa and massages available right downstairs. We had a 6am driver and car (paid for) to take us to airport that canceled last minute at 559am. We were panicked briefly. Even at that early time, The front desk quickly got us a cab company that could accommodate us and we made our flights. Thank you!!!

Ok property. The elevators were slow and tiny. We felt that breakfast should have been included for the price. Overall very clean. It was very loud as there was a wedding that was going on until about 11:00 pm. We would not book again.

The hotel was under renovation and we had workers outside our window looking in, which wasn't great. It seemed the gentleman on reception only wanted to engage with my husband and wanted to ignore females. Otherwise the room was lovely.

Hotel parking is quite a way to the rear. Convenient parking at front is on road and chargeable. Think this should be made clear in description. Lift very small. Drinks rather expensive. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

the hotel front reflect on lovely architectural of times gone by. Our room's with see view was pleasent and comfortable however we had to complain a few time about the service standards. Our toilet was smelly, the buttom sheet of my bed was missing, and we came back in the afternoon, after a day out, and our room was not made up yet.

Excellent for cruise goes & families
Very nice hotel and excellent location. Close walk to local shops and restaurants, plus nice view of the marina area. Close taxi ride to cruise port and Dover train station make it excellent for those like us going on a cruise. There were 12 of us in the family, so the room limits of 3 required us to get 4 rooms but the rooms are good sized.
