DOG-UNFRIENDLY:
12 Euro extra fee for our small dog, but our dog was not even welcomed to their restaurant.
We have visited many hotels with our dog, we always felt like our dog was welcomed there. Some of the hotels didn't charge any extra fee, some of them even providing extra services, such as providing dog blanket, water-bowl, poop-bags, or reserving table at quiet corner of the restaurant........ This Holiday Inn, however, they just charged us the most, but they did not seem to be really dog-friendly.
It is OK if hotels do not welcome dogs (we do understand it), just don't pretend they are dog-friendly when they are not. When I was searching for hotels online, I was looking for hotels which were dog-friendly. If I had known that this Holiday Inn was so dog-unfriendly, I would not choose it.
PARKING-UNFRIENDLY:
Parking is not free for hotel guests (12 Euro extra per day). The underground parking is so tiny and tricky.
