Overall we had a good stay; however the hotel room was pretty damaged. Bathroom door wouldn't close, hotel door to room would not close well and was drafty. Heater in room made a loud noise all night, but they did replace next day which was excellent customer service. Pool was very clean and nice. Breakfast was 10/10.

I really liked how close this hotel is to the main streets in Leavenworth. I especially like how people are required to be quiet after a certain hour. The breakfast options were good, but I wish there were more tables. The room was very clean when we got there. I did not like the bathroom. The shower temperatures were not consistent. (Sudden scalding hot and then cold.) I also wish there would have been a bathtub. Based on how much we paid, the room was adequate for our needs, but it was pretty minimal (small and a bit cramped.)

A Wonderful Stay
Everyone at this hotel makes sure you see smiles on their faces. They really seem to be happy at their jobs. And, that happiness translates into a pleasurable stay, from the breakfast, to the room cleanliness, to the soft, luxurious towels. And, of course, it's also about location, location, location. No driving back and forth from Wenatchee and then paying to parl. No, just park your car, check in and walk everywhere.

Overall the room was nice and clean. Easy access to the parking lot and a short walking distance to town. The bathroom was a little small but the shower was nice. The breakfast was good and the staff was really friendly.

This property was amazing, I don't understand the bad ratings it has previously received. The beds were soft, the breakfast was hot and lasted from 7am-10am! The hot tub and pool were very clean. It's very convenient and has free parking. Great views from the balcony ! I'll be staying here every time I visit Leavenworth ! Best prices in town. There's also free hot coco, apple juice, orange juice, and water !
