We loved Dublin and we stayed all over Dublin and I have to say the stay here was the least friendly here. Not very friendly at check in, staff/bouncer at the door wasn’t nice when we had been out shopping and trying to return. The location was great, Dublin itself was amazing

No parking facility and rude front desk !!
Front office girl was very rude !! There was no parking at the hotel and when I asked about this the reply was very rude. Please note that this hotel is not having any parking facility onsite. You have to spend 25€ for an over night parking nearby.

Hotel is located in a great spot being right on the River Liffey. Everything from dining to tourist attractions are in walking distance as hotel is in heart of Dublin. One thing to note is there is no parking for hotel. You'll have to find a parking garage somewhere near by. The best ones are Park Rite garages as they're cheaper and have plenty of room.

Place was a bit older but kept up nicely. Staff was amazing and room was just what we needed. Room was a but bigger than most European hotels. Dinner show was worth the price and a must see.

Lobby looks great. Room was bare, doesn’t match photos. Very very dated. Paint all over outlets and handles. We had poop splatters on our toilet. Lounge food was not good and service was awful. Stay away! Only thing good was somewhat comfy bed.
