This was our first trip here and we have two littles. They adored the water park . Felt like it was just big enough without it being overwhelming. Definitely curious about how things are in warmer weather.

everything was great!!! my only issue is that quiet time is not followed. Parents let there children run down the hallway screaming and racing. i experienced this all the way till 1130pm. i get it, it’s a water park but other people have kids as well and specially thise who have a bedtime routine that becomes disturbed due to lack of parenting!

Check in was a long wait, some areas were dirty including the pool. It was very noisy and disturbing during quiet hours. I called the front desk 3 times for noise complaints, they were not very concerned

Terrible experience. No food options at all. And what was there was out of whatever was on the menu. Soda tap broken. Ran out of liquor. Ran out of ice cream after waiting 40 Minutes on line because they had one person there. My kids were there celebrating their birthday's and nothing could be done for them about a cake DESPITE me calling and asking ahead of time if there was a way to get a cake for them at dinner. My mom had to leave dinner to go take care of it. The one place to get coffee told me at 9pm that she made it at 230 and isn’t allowed to leave where she is to make a fresh pot , so I skipped the 7 hour old coffee. Honestly terrible. Wasn’t my first trip there, but will def be my last.
