The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were lovely, comfy and clean. It was too far away from the hub of things but that’s why it’s quiet and you generally can’t have both. I was disappointed with the food and poor service in the bar. Breakfast was just ok although there was plenty of choice the danish pastry was tough like it was stale. All in all I felt it was over priced.

Ashling Hotel was very nice and clean. The front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel buffet breakfast was pricey however, and doesn’t include things like cappuccinos. They have free ice cream in the lobby and dispensers for both still and sparkling water which was really handy.

A nice busy hotel fairly close to the train station, Guinness Storehouse, Jameson Distillery and Willmainhem Gaol but not very close to the prime tourist areas of Temple Bar and O’Connell St. The hotel itself is nice with a good restaurant and bar.

For the amount that is being charged (€300 for a standard room) plastic breakers in the bathroom and cardboard beakers for instant coffee gave a cheap appearance. The furniture was chipped and needed more TLC.

I stayed at the Ashling on two separate occasions and it was great. The rooms are nice, the breakfast was great. It's very close the Heuston station and the Guiness storehouse.

The property was beautiful but there weren't too many places to visit our dine in around the property. The hotel was very clean and staff were excellent. The rooms were very spacious and sound proof. The only thing that was disappointing was that the toilet was too close to the sink. It was almost as if the sink was right under my chin while sitting on the toilet. I would recommend getting the buffet it was so worth it. The manager was very polite and understanding. I would definitely stay there again.
