I liked that the room was spacious and clean. The temperature was perfect. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. It is a little out of the way so you need a budget for taxis.

This was my first trip to Ireland and I booked this hotel first. It was a tad farther than I expected but gave me the ability when I walked to Grafton and other areas to really take in Dublin. It was lovely, and I enjoyed the walks, on either side of the hotel. The Barge Pub beside is fabulous! The hotel itself was lovely, the room was clean, the bathroom was fantastic and spacious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Loved this hotel! The staff was so nice. Our room was lovely, with in room coffee, tea and little treats. The location was great. There’s a fun pub right at the corner. It’s easily walkable to all the sites you’d want to see when in town. We loved it!

The property was everything we expected – clean, well presented, check-in and check-out was flawless, etc., etc., etc. BUT – We had a problem with an envelope that had been couriered to the hotel for us in advance of our arrival. A misunderstanding resulted in the envelope being returned to the courier, which was a significant inconvenience to us. Very, very rarely in my 40-odd years of travelling have I come across anyone prepared to go to the lengths the Hotel did to get the situation resolved as efficiently as Dierdre and her team did. That’s the stuff we’ll remember and highlight if we ever have a chance to recommend a hotel in Dublin.
