The staff are very helpful and efficient. Thank you to Carolina at the checkin. She and her colleagues were very accommodating. Also thank you to the duty manager (Uros Kovanovic) for a such of breakfast service operation that with so many people was going very smoothly. Good place to stay, very good location!

Nice hotel, easy walk to attractions we want to see. The elevator only goes up to 5th floor, we have to carry our luggages to our room which is on 6th floor. I also unable to find the hair dryer to dry my hair

Spacious room, very comfortable bed & bedding, everything you need for a quick stay in Dublin. Right behind Aircoach bus stop from the airport (main reason why I chose this hotel). Somewhat close to main attractions. Several bar & food options, close to some asian food options. The only drawback, my room is facing the car parking garage. All night long there was noise of car alarm and I can hear it from inside the room. It’s quiet annoying - sound proofing could be better.
