Great facilities at the hotel and in the room but marked down by a lack of air conditioning. A Dyson fan is provided in the room however this has seen better days and made a lot of noise with minimal air movement.

We stayed for one night. The room was very hot. There is no air conditioning in the room but a small desk fan was provided which was wholly inadequate. The hotels was very noisy both with people milling around outside and also that you could hear the room above walking around. A poor night's sleep with little interest shown by the staff when I complained the next morning. I urge anyone to think carefully before booking a stay at this place. Avoid!

Staff were friendly and very helpful for the 3 nights I was here unfortunately for 2 of the nights the room above were very noisy and could here them getting up and down all night which kept me up other than that the facilities and food were great.

The village hotel itself is very clean, room smelt lush! The customer service provided was amazing! has Starbucks in the hotel, what more to wish for? Not to forget the bed was so comfy, i didn't even go out 😂 Loved the smell of the bodywash - smelt refreshing Thank you Village Hotel, & see you soon!
