Hotel was fine. Restaurant service and dining experience was not great. Had to wave to get the waiters attention each time. Nothing really in casual walking distance. We did walk across the highway, to a restaurant and stopped at a local grocer on the way back. Yes, it’s convenient to the airport. We returned to airport to rent a car for the day.

Many good things about this hotel. Our room was spotless, sheets were fresh, clean, and crisp And bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very close to the airport without paying the higher prices of the Novotel and Pullman on-airport hotels. Breakfast was included, and it was excellent. Every type of breakfast food you could imagine. Would definitely stay here again. great value for the money.

Good shuttle system from airport. Rooms clean but small and basic. Very good breakfast with a great choice. Good choice if you just need a night at an Hotel before or after a flight.

The Jet Star has excellent airport transportation and clean accommodations. Its restaurant serves nice food at night. The room service is excellent. The front desk is uneven, some are very friendly and a few rather cold, for an airport hotel with a 10am check out policy to tell guests that no rooms are available before noon because the supervisor only starts inspecting rooms at 12 noon sounds ridiculous. Significantly I saw housekeepers at work before 8am as many guests leave early.

Great Stay
Hotel was exceptional, we booked deluxe room, which was situation in the new building. The bed was very comfy. Reception were very accommodating, as we arrived early they allowed us to check in before 2pm. The only downside is the internet, it’s the worst WiFi that was unable to load the simplest of webpages. Apart from that a really good stay. Great free bookable shuttle service to the airport.

Room wasn't ready 2 hours after the nominated check in time. Had to wait about half an hour, eventually got a frree coffee while waiting after asking for it (not offered). Eventually did the check-in, went up to the room and it still wasn't ready. Had to wait another half an hour while the cleaners did their job. Hotel was also noisy with some sort of shouting and constant thumping overhead. Very disappopinting overall.

Second Visit - just as good as the first, but....
This hotel is excellent for service, location, shuttle to and fro, long term parking. Second visit here and not disappointed. Only downside was the restaurant - first visit it was great - this one not so great. We asked for something that was on the TV in our room but apparently that was for room service only. The first visit here we had asked the same, but were told they would be happy to cook up what we wanted, regardless of it being on the room service menu only. What we ended up ordering was average and being a second limited choice of food - we didn't really like what we had. If it's on the menu for room service, then the kitchen has the food to give to a table serve also - not that hard and less distance to walk to customer!

I’m not sure where to begin. While the staff kindly extended our checkout time to 11am, the room itself felt so small that it was like staying in a child’s room. Everything seemed cramped and a bit dusty, almost as if I’d stumbled into a hobbit’s home by accident.

Stayed here for the third time travelling to and from Brisbane to Auckland for holiday in New Zealand, and for connecting to international flights. It will now be our hotel of choice for cleanliness, quite and comfortable rooms. The hotel is very spacious. Dining and breakfest options of in house restaurant, with relaxing seperate lounge bar with an outside area to unwind with family and friends. Reliable and convenient free shuttle service to and from both domestic and international terminal. Location is very convenient with less than 5-10minutes to both airports. Abundant parking onsite at the hotel, and the grounds is very clean. Staff are all approachable, helpful very friendly and willing to help and make arrangements to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport and will return again.
