The hotel is close to the International and Domestic Airport and several shopping venues as well as the Middlemore Hospital. I much enjoyed the meals and the quality of the staff service.

Nice hotel and convenient if you’re looking for a place near the airport. Given that it’s by the airport, as should be expected by anyone staying here, there’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Free shuttle service was efficient.

Ticks all the boxes for an airport hotel. All services and staff in the hotel itself are excellent. But the shuttle service is quirky with poor instructions about airport pick up location for unfamiliar guests Shuttle service seems also to be involved in pick up and drop off of private tours, creating confusion for those awaiting transportation to the airport. In my experience the driver was worse than useless in explaining which bus was private and which was the airport shuttle.
