Nice clean hotel. Superb for Biljner Arena trains. Clean foyer, nice staff. Room was larger than expected and very well equipped with extras. Breakfast was excellent, cooked and continental. Excellent location and hotel standards.

All fine. Food super good. Only comment, the bed close to the window there was a little bit cold. Close to metro, and arena and supermarket.

The room given to me had sewage problems. Shower water and sink water would not drain. On first day asked staff for some herbal night tea and said they didn’t have. Sheets didn’t get changed and tea coffee not topped and had to ask for it. Breakfast choices was good but if you’re staying for longer gets boring as it’s the same every day. Staff ignored on two occasions and very rude specially the girl named ‘Selina’. Making phone calls when I am standing right in front of her to ask something but simply ignored me whilst dialling and no courtesy at all. Till another staff from end of counter came to ask if we needed anything. Selina was absolutely rude

A grat place to stay
AlwYs my favourite business trip hotel in Amsterdam. Excellent staff and great breakfast. We placed next to Arena station for metro, bus and NS trains.
