Newer Mariott/Fairfield property, so most amenities are in good shape. The rooms are huge, which is great for families.
The bathrooms need work, as the shower pan caulking is peeling, the glass shower doors slam easily, the toilet seat does not soft close (so it slams when your kids close it), and the bathroom lighting is mismatched (2700K and daylight leds). The bathrooms could be stocked according to the number of beds in the room. There were only towels for two in a double-queen room, so we had to ask for extras from the front desk.
The continental breakfast is decent, waffle makers, oatmeal, bagels, yogurts, cereals, juices, eggs, hashbrowns and sausages. The indoor pool is deceivingly small, having only enough room for maybe 2-3 families at a time (most people probably aren't coming here for the pool though).
Photos overlooking the marina are a little misleading as the orientation of the building aligns with Park Point Inn, and the boatyard. But that didn't really affect our stay.
Beds were OK at best, as the sheet set doesn't fit, the mattresses are uncomfortably stiff, and my kids fought over the covers because they didn't seem ti be big enough.
Overall, a good fit for short stays or small family getaways.
