I was originally given a first floor room at my request as a disabled individual on oxygen. When I took the key and went to the room, it was occupied. The only other room was on the second floor. After driving all day, and with their no refund policy because of the timing that I booked the room, I decided to take the second floor room. I spoke to Roshan as I was checking out and expressed my dissatisfaction. We agreed he would refund me 50% of the room rate. Apparently he was only trying to appease me, as here it is 3 weeks later and no refund. Also, if you bring your service dog or pet, please note the only area of grass is on the outside of the fence, in the front of the establishment, on the busy highway.
