The room didn’t have a view though the website said it would . The service was not very consistent. The tea coffee was delivered without milk and coffee so we had to ask. The coffee maker has to be requested which was surprising. We weren’t told so we assumed we don’t get one. It was a premium room so I don’t know why it wouldn’t qualify for it. But once they figured our preference , they delivered. All in all a good hotel

Cool classic place, with a few quirks.
It's a great ole place, with a landmark style. Staff is very nice and accommodating in front. Check in is good. Loved the view and the room is comfortable and clean Some quirks; computers not working, not able to charge the room for the restaurant bill. Cigarette smell down the hallways isn't good, would love a little throw blanket on the bed instead of this little table runner at the foot of the bed.

Your hotel certainly reminds me of a jewel, in fact a diamond in the rough. The hotel is amazing in every way but Downtown Dallas really has its work cut out: way too many homeless drug users. Too bad

Our room was hot when we checked in. The fridge also was warm. Our tv speakers were blown. Pool was overcrowded and small. The a/c unit would rattle every time it went off or on.
