3rd family stay here. The room was bright and clean. The mattress and pillows are always comfy. It feels like things are getting a little older and worn down. There was a noticeable stain on the chaise. Also there should be a doorstop on the bathroom door. They are big and heavy and my family with littles would prefer to keep the door open when they’re in there. We had to prop the door with an ottoman. Breakfast was great as expected. Thanks for another good stay!

I had made a reservation based on receiving shuttle service from Sacramento airport, only to find out hours before our arrival that the service has stopped, which the employee did not tell me when I first called to inquire about it before making the reservation! We were then stranded at the airport and forced to take an expensive Taxi instead. So thanks! NOT!

Front desk gal was very friendly and quick to check me in. The property overall was well kept, however our room was pretty gross. We stayed in 130, and it smelled like animal, stains all over in different spots in carpet. I didn’t want to go anywhere in there without wearing shoes. No shuttle service
The hotel itself was great. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. I put a 3 stars because it’s advertised on Hotels.com that there is airport shuttle service. This is incorrect. The front desk informed us the shuttle service stopped in February 2024 and Hotels.com will not remove that feature from the listing. If you’re wanting airport shuttle, they do not offer it so beware when booking.

Orbitz advertised that this hotel had an airport shuttle. Upon arrival, the check in staff informed that there was no airport shuttle and that the hotel is not obligated to provide services endorsed by third party reservations. Staff at check were dismissive, unbothered and did not attempt to accommodate our needs. The hotel room, breakfast and location were wonderful.

We booked a reservation with this hotel thinking there was a shuttle service to and from the airport as advertised. THERE IS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE. Messaged the hotel upon booking to schedule a ride, no response. Messaged them again the day of checking in, no response. Called them several times to finally get an answer to find out that they don’t provide that service and said that Expedia advertises that they do, which was inaccurate. Regardless who’s to blame, this should never be advertised as it’s extremely inconvenient for guests. We ended up taking a ride share.

As soon as you turn onto the street where the hotel is there was a bunch of trash in the street and sidewalk. I realize the hotel can only control so much, it was just a bad look coming into the place.
