Great renovated motel

A great family owned and managed place. Dog friendly. I have stayed there twice, in six months, and got a completely renovated immaculate room each time. They are not members of the global warming doomsday cult, so you get plenty of hot water in the shower.

This was a very nice property. It has been updated and looks new and very clean. The furniture and bed are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The nice lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as well.

Our go-to

This is a clean and well organized hotel. We stay here on our travels through Cortez, always a comfortable room, comfortable bed. Warm in winter, cool in summer. Breakfast is convenient and fits the bill. Nice staff, safe property.

The hotel was of below average cleanliness and outdated. I would be able to overlook this but I later discovered the hotel had no hot water. When I tried to contact the front desk we discovered the telephone did not work. We received a dismissive response regarding all the issues outlined above. Needless to say I probably won’t return anytime soon
