Decent stay
The rooms definitely need a deep cleaning. Very dusty and dirty. Giant blood like stain on carpet, not sure what it was. The shower head sprayed water everywhere outside the tub. Beds were comfy, overall a decent stay. But definitely needs some upgrading and cleaning. Breakfast was good. Location is awesome.

Nah.
Older hotel, in disrepair, filthy rooms. Requested housekeeping twice. They emptied the trash once, and never made beds, vacuumed, or anything. Bugs in room from broken window screen. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned before we stayed (stains in bowl and on side of toilet) Nope. All the nopes. Just pay the extra for a better hotel and save yourself the gross factor.

The beds were comfy, pillows nice. Pretty old property, rooms need updated. I honestly wasn’t sure if one bed was clean or not so we just used one. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either. Pretty noisy. You can hear everything and everyone in the hallway and other rooms.

My family has been looking forward to visiting my son, once we were finally able to get away, we used expedia to book the hotel at comfort inn in durango CO. The first night my husband kept getting bit, at first we thought it was a mosquito. The 2nd night same thing, but this time his face got swollen, we decided to look for this mosquito, to our surprise it was not a mosquito, it was bed bugs! We immediately let the front desk know. But we're told management sites but want to handkerchief it at this time, and wait until morning, we decided to check out at 3am and took my husband to the ER for the bites. Would appreciate a refund and to get his hospital bill paid!! I do not recommend, if you're checking in, I recommend doing an inspection of the room before you bring in your belongings!!!

The heated pool was not heated at all and the sauna didn’t work at all. The evening popcorn & then cookies were very good and much appreciated. Nice seating for complimentary breakfast.

Stay away! Arrived on Friday and immediately noticed there was food in the refrigerator from a previous guest. Called the front desk and was told someone would be up to clean it out. No show. Left Saturday morning for a day out and stopped at the front desk and ask again. Was told it would be taken care. Get back late Saturday night and the food was still in the fridge. Called the front desk and was told once again that they would send someone up. Sunday….. same thing. It felt like Groundhog Day! We checked out Monday at noon and the food was still there. I spoke with the staff and was told there was nothing they could do. Spoke with the manager and he said the same thing. Once I asked for his manager’s name, I was told he would refund me one night’s stay. Still have not received a refund and it has dbeen almost 30 days. Would HIGHLY recommend you stay somewhere else!
