Rudest staff I have ever encountered. Not only did they mess up my reservations they did my daughters too. Add insult to injury I had someone try and get in my too at 9:30pm. Front desk thought the room was empty!!

Our room was not as clean as it has been in the past, but the staff was still wonderful. Carpeting on the first floor could use an upgrade. That said, the included breakfast and afternoon cookies and popcorn are very nice, indeed.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Although the room appeared clean at first glance, there was an unpleasant odor throughout our stay. The comforters didn’t feel fresh, and the bathroom lacked basic amenities like a towel hanger. The shower curtain was poorly installed, causing water to spill all over the floor after every shower. The setup was also not kid-friendly, making our stay uncomfortable. Overall, it did not meet our expectations and I would not recommend this hotel for families.

Room had a bad smell when we arrived, we bought spray when we went to the store to use in the room; when we were gone all day the next day and returned the smell was still there; we were due to check out on Sunday but decided to leave on Saturday, we couldn’t do much due to bad weather that was coming, we spoke with night crew at the front desk and were told it was ok but when we went to check out in the morning, the person working the front desk said we couldn’t but that he would honor it since the night staff had ok’d it but they were going to get written up, he was very rude about it and saying we had to stay; we stayed the same place with no problems last year and actually checked out early then as well with no issues but will not stay there again; breakfast was good but no room to sit anywhere

Did not get the King bed I asked for. Said they went ready this was at 3:45. Air con raddled and was very load. Bathroom sink drain didn’t drain and was a pain. Breakfast was very good and help was on top of it. Wasn’t very pleased compared to other Comfort Inn’s we stayed.

The hotel is very dated! The lighting is old fixtures & lights. There are so many sign’s about this & that it is annoying! The bed had top sheet & bed coverlet. The sheets were gray… A problem with the remote for the television. Old furniture, no water pressure, dingy black out curtain. Along with drapery hardware coming loose. Switch plates &hardware that has seen better days. I paid 880.00 for 3 nights. A premium for the the horrible condition this place is in. I tried finding somewhere else to stay. But The town was booked! Never again!
