Courtyard trashy, broken fire-pit, cigarette ash
Booked for the courtyard open fire-pit and garden area. Fire-pit broken. Courtyard had cigar/cigarette ashes all over the grounds. Cushions stained with ants crawling all over them. Area had trash on the ground. So shocked this was a Marriott hotel. Sad for such a newly build hotel. Staff friendly.

Within walking distance of a shopping center that has great food options, target, and great other shopping options. It was right next to credit union arena/Allen convention center. Hotel was very clean. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would
