Dog barked for hours after 10pm bed time for most. Hotel let it happen with no fix until owner came back after midnight. Staff acted like no big deal. Shower was dirty. I expect a credit for this disastrous stay. Very unacceptable.

The staff at this location was great. They were all friendly and gave suggestions for different things. The room was large and good for us 4 adults. Location was convenient to Choctaw which is where we were headed and 1/2 the price! The location is very dated and they seem to be doing some remodeling. My only complaint is the couch in our room was very dirty. It was stained and just needs to be thrown out. Other than that everything was good. Definitely can tell they are trying to update it.

When you say breakfast starts 10/13 at 7 a.m. it should start at 7 a.m. and not 7:30ish. And I go to the front desk and have to call for assistance....REALLY? Not a good experience and will try the best western across the street next.
