Room is a bit dated. Location of hotel is good with the metro within walking distance. Lots of food option around the hotel and there is a big supermarket 5 mins walk away.

Exceptional Staff.
I have written to the manager already to say what an asset they have in their staff. I have been all over the world, staying in all kinds of hotel for business and pleasure. The staff at the Leonardo in Dusseldorf were exceptional. Good hotel close to the centre, plenty of local bars and restaurants.

A lovely hotel not too far from the rail station. It is on a fairly busy road with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The town centre is a short walk or underground trip. The hotel room was large and had good amenities, but the bathroom was on the small side. The bed was comfortable. The hotel room, bathroom and general hotel were very clean and well presented. The only negatives was the air con that did not really cool the room down on days when temperatures were over 28 Celsius, and sometimes room service did not come around until after 5pm to clean up the room.

The property is located in a great area. Close to the main shops, restaurants and train station. Rooms are a decent size, beds are firm but that's to be expected, pillows could use some help, they're flat and lumpy. Worst thing was not having AC while it's 80 degrees out. When I asked the staff why my AC wasn't turning on I got a different response every time. First, it was the government controlling the AC, then I was told it might be broken, and finally I was just given a fan to use since the AC didn't even turn on in my room. I was highly disappointed because part of the reason I chose this hotel was because it claims to have air conditioning.
