Nice facility. Friendly staff.

Beautiful gem of a refurbished boutique historic hotel in the heart of downtown Dubuque. Super friendly and helpful staff, nice, big clean rooms, nice big bathroom, too. Only mild negative is no USB ports in room but management says they are coming soon. Stayed on a referral from a friend and was not disappointed! If you are in Dubuque, stay here and you won't be disappointed either!

Extremely clean, attentive staff, great customer service and awesome pool area with hot tub, ping pong and billiards table. Great place to take kids for a mini vacation! I cannot recommend this place more.

Kudos to staff member Amanda who was such a people person, calling everyone beautiful and wouldn’t that make your day already? But she kept the buffet refilled each time a new wave of people came to eat. Also kudos to Richard who brought back memories of my 6th grade teacher who was from Hungary. I was having difficulties falling asleep so I grabbed one beer and realized we didn’t have an opener, so I asked Richard and he had a multi tool that he trusted to let me use and I brought it back right away. Everyone was willing to assist and was so very friendly.
