The rooms smell like mildew and the air condition was not cold. The furniture is old and the TV channels were not good. I have stayed at this hotel for years and it has gone down. This property needs to be updated all around.

Trash goes elsewhere?
The place was very clean. The desk and kitchen staff could have been friendlier. After I put food-related trash from my room in a trash container on the eating area, the employee complained about it because they it would fill up faster than usual. She made me feel like I had imposed because I had thrown trash into a trash receptacle.

Definitely a no frills property that's been around for awhile. That being said, staff is always super nice and helpful, and everything is nice and clean. I've stayed here a lot and it's always been a pleasant experience. Best spot to stay in La Grange in my opinion!

Terrible property! Had to change rooms multiple times due to the AC units being so loud! AC units consisted of loud squealing noises….made it very difficult to sleep. The remote to the TV’s did not go to the TV’s, had to control television from the television itself. Every exit door was left unlocked or propped open making it feel very unsafe. The breakfast was terrible, cereal and oats options only. Ice machine's were “out of order” and soda machine only took cash or coins. This left me with room sink, room temperature (tap) water only with no ice. Beds are very outdated and very uncomfortable. I was sleeping on springs. I paid a premium Dallas, TX. price and received a 1994 version of a Best Western. Honestly, ranks in the top 3 worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs!
