Very clean. Friendly staff. Quiet and great water pressure in the shower. Tv channels were not great but internet service was good. A light breakfast to get you going in the am. Grocery store Starbucks and Tim’s all within walking.

My experience at CBVI
The Staff is friendly. The hotel very clean. I like that there is Coffee, muffins and fruit available. Coffee is excellent.

The only complaint I have is that there was some VERY loud domestic dispute on the same floor as my room on the first or second night of my 3 night stays. I thought the police should have been called, especially that I, myself, was there to try and keep myself safe while fleeing domestic violence. So it didn’t feel right for a moment. Otherwise, the room was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location is FANTASTIC as there is everything one might need JUST across the street in almost every directions. I would absolutely go back to this property for future needs.

The building has an old facade to it. My thought was oh no however once I stepped in it was nicely updated and staff were very nice. The surprise came when I asked where the elevator was and the response was that there wasn’t one. They did offer to move us from the second floor king bedroom to the main floor Queen bedroom with two beds or carry up any overnight luggage I might have. I looked at the staircase and the ruse of the step wasn’t to bad and I slowly went up. They were very nice. My only remark should be that it should be mentioned that there are no elevators. The room was lovely, clean and bed super comfy!
