When we first got there the room was not that clean. There was an empty container behind rhe door. There was foundation smudge on the comforter. So i checked the sheets. They were clean but some pillows were not changed, smelled like scalp and hair and there were strands of womens hair on them. Luckly we brought our own sheets and pillows. My kids wanted to go swim so we went to the pool and the water was murky and over chlorinated. Power went out because of weather totally understandable but no one knew when the power was going back on and no one offered any form of light or anything. We went to target to get candles to light the room. Also before leaving i noticed a horrid smell and looked around and found a rotten banana peel between the bed and night stand that was left there. Will never be back.

Amazing hotel for the price. The breakfast area was beautiful and had a wide variety of options (including waffles!!). The pool in the atria was beautiful, all the natural light and poolside furniture was appreciated. The pool was also warm and clean! Our room was fresh and comfortable. 10/10!

Tropical Staycation in Michigan

Decided to do a staycation for spring break and I chose this place for the tropical vibes of the pool facility, It didn't disappoint. It was spacious, pool wasn't overly crowed and plenty of seating options around the pool deck. The kids loved it, and that really was what mattered most. We all loved the breakfast options!! We are coming back again.

Terrible experience and stay. It was loud at all hours and my family did not sleep. Room was not directly connected to pool but across from it and through the window you could see the pool and it was loud. In hallway that connected to lobby and people were loud and rude all night. Walls were paper thin and stains on furniture/window coverings. We were in town for a tournament and needed rest, will never stay here again.
