Best hotel stay we had on our trip. Everyone was polite, respectful and friendly. The hotel grounds were beautiful and clean. There were plenty of dining options and shops to spend time in. I even got a nice haircut at the barbershop there. I would come back again.

Outstanding friendly service. We were fortunate to have a room on the eighth floor facing Osaka castle. Great view at night. Room was very clean and we really enjoyed the deep Japanese style bathtub. The hotel has enough public spaces to relax without leaving.

Several false advertisements with this hotel that were very disappointing. First the hotel did not have pool access for children, adults only. Not family friendly. Secondly, there were no laundry facilities in the hotel, only laundry service. Third, while the hotel has a gym it is not available for guests staying overnight. They charge nearly $30 USD to access once! The hotel also feels like it has an identity crisis, on one end they advertise as being family friendly and even offer universal studio day passes,if you book through their website not Expedia, which again would be families. But the hotel itself is more suited for business professionals. The hotel is in the Osaka business area as I learned. Overall very disappointment since this hotel was one that I spent more money on during my trip to Japan because of the pool and other amenities that were didn’t get to use. Wouldn’t recommend.

Beautiful property by the river, staff were amazing, and breakfast buffet was perfect and overlooked the front garden. Will stay here again next year for a few days.
