The room and beds were decent. We rented 2 rooms for 2 days. However, we called on August 17th at 9 pm and requested a modification of our room. We realized a family member would need a walk in shower - at the time we were told one room would be an accessible room and one regular room. Upon arriving we were told there were no accessible room available and the front desk person actually asked what limitation we had and actually seemed irritated. And said there were no notes in the file. So basically we were penalized because someone didnt make notes in the file. It was explained on the call that the person would not be able to step into the tub as she is handicapped.
Plus breakfast was included. However it appeared that they only had one employee working the breakfast area on both days and on both days they were extremely slow keeping up with the people there for the holiday weekend. They actually had nothing out the second day at 9:15 Even though the breakfast time showed 10 o'clock and I realize that they don't want to restock it at 945, but even the the cold stuff could have been taken back at 10 o'clock was already put up. The coffee was already put up at 915 to 930. I did take pictures to prove it so you would have the time and the day if you would like to see how much there was left out
