Upon checking in, one of the staff at the front desk was not friendly and was off putting. This person gave me the paper to sign and just push me to move along. I was given no explanation that there will be a fee that they charge for damages but will reverse when I check out. Within 30 min of check in, I got a text notification to my phone for charges from the hotel so I went back to reception to ask them about it. It would have been nice if this staff communicated this in the initial check in since it is a reasonable charge. We took our kids to the swimming pool and the towels were super small and thin so don’t be surprised. Our room with two queen size bed weren’t too bad. It look spacious with just enough room for my family with young kids. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the elevator so we can hear every single person who comes through that elevator at night. Needless to say, we can hear everyone who steps out of that elevator.

Wife and i stayed here for the easy trip to Leavenworth. This facility is clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Shopping and restaurants are within a few blocks of the hotel which makes for a nice walk after dinner. We will be staying here again for our next trip.

This was a great stay and we had our dog with us. The staff were friendly and great, the room was clean. The only slight challenges with a family of 4 was a tiny fridge, no microwave and limited breakfast options. We were not in the room often, so it didn't impact us too much.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to restaurants and supermarkets. It was clean, and the room was organized with a good shower. The mattress was a little soft, but okay for one night. The price was good for the season. The pool was perfect for relaxing with kids at the end of the day. Breakfast was very simple and not very healthy. The staff at reception were very nice, friendly, and helpful. I would stay here again!!!

Won't go back.
Our group had 3 total rooms that we requested to be mext to each other. Called an hour before check-in to see about early check in an was told 1 of my 3 rooms wasnt quite ready. And that all 3 were rooms were on lobby floor. Went to dinner to kill the last bit of time til it would be and arrived hour after checkin time. Rooms were moved to a different floor and still were waiting for 1 of my 3 rooms to be cleaned. 40 minutes of waiting and went to check on other room and still wasnt ready. Wouldn't compensate charges for being unable to check in only offered a minute for minute later check out on 1 of the 3 rooms which did us no good since we had 3 rooms total. 2 still had to check out at normal time. No room service available and when asked for directions to a convenience store guy gave bad directions. Drove out of my way for nothing had to circle back around to another store.
