In town for hockey
Came to Wenatchee to watch the Wild play. Got go the hotel 30 minutes after check in and the room was not clean. Needed to wait 30 minutes to have someone come clean the room. Other than that, the stay was great. Comfortable bed. Decent to good breakfast. Would stay again.

What I like about the hotel is how convenient and close the location is to shops and restaurants. There’s a lot of things I don’t like about this hotel, first off this hotel needs a complete overhaul, it’s a very rundown building. The staff in the reception is not very helpful, I asked him if the extra rollaway bed that I requested was already in the room, he said an extra bed will not fit in the room and I should have called to confirm, a few minuter after we got in the room, housekeeping brought the extra bed. The hallway and room smells so bad, it smells like animal poop. We tried to call housekeeping/room service but no one answered the call. There were stains on the bed linens, and hairs on the bathroom floor. It’s so disappointing! Never coming back!

Hotel was cleanish. Beds were good. Our dog allergies flared as it is a dog friendly hotel so there was that. Our room had very stained carpet. The train was VERY loud, but the other guests were even LOUDER. Screaming kids, running, and doors slamming at all hours. Not very pleasant. The breakfast choices were ok, unfortunately it was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to GET ANY as the other guests would rush the buffet like a feeding trough and fill their plates for their whole families when the hot food was brought. There never seemed to be enough food at any given time, no matter what time you got down to breakfast. They were always out of coffee, or hot water, or hot food, or oatmeal packets. The waffle line took crazy long as there is only one waffle maker and people would make 3 or 4 waffles in a row, making a 5 person line take 45 minutes. Utter insanity.

To pay over $7 for breakfast each person is insane for hotel breakfast and was asked not to throw away my plate until they put new garbage bags in which took forever also asked about coffee cup lids lady aggressively said when she gets a chance. Clearly stressed staff and couldn’t handle doing breakfast

Our room had a balcony with a pool/ hot tub view. Friendly staff provided a rolling bed for our child. TV worked well. Easy drive to Leavenworth WA and back to the hotel. OK breakfast- was provided for a small fee.

We were so grateful to find a pet-friendly hotel at the last minute during the holiday season at a great price! To top it off, Bobbie (the manager and more) was pretty spectacular, answering all our calls and questions with care and kindness. She certainly goes the extra mile on behalf of the hotel! Thank you for a nice landing spot for us and the dogs. We will definitely be back and tell others of our experience!
