When I arrived to the hotel, I was told I was being checked in to a clean room. When I peeled back the sheets of my bed, there were multiple body hairs in the bed. I called down to get the bed changed and was told it would be done before I returned from supper. When I returned to the room, the bed was still untouched and there was a flat sheet left to change it myself. When I called down to the front desk I was told there was no one scheduled to change the bed. They didn’t provide the correct bed sheet and didn’t do anything to help when I asked. It was terrible service after I was charged for my full stay on the first day and had to change hotels.
