The staff was exceptional, I wanted to give 5 stars but just one member of the team was rude. Upon check in, no one was at the front desk; however, a kind gentleman assisted us when the front desk clerk was gone. He was able to get me checked in, but he needed the clerk to take care of some additional task. He called her and she seemed bothered. She wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I just figured she was having a bad day. The next day she was the same way, I discovered she had just started her shift when I checked in, I don’t think she likes her job, and it definitely shows. I do want to say the kitchen staff was amazing! Very friendly and made sure that nothing was low and offered assistance when needed. I enjoyed stay here!!

Comfortable and Clean Stay
We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of fresh, white towels for our 2 night stay. Good, hot breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Clean common areas and breakfast area. Flavored water and coffee available most of the day in the lobby. We would stay here again!

Great, as always!
This is our 3rd time staying here and we will be back! Fantastic breakfast! Huge selection of food that is constantly refreshed. Staff was cleaning each table as people finished eating. A great little pool area with hot tub and work out room. There is a beautiful path to walk along a large pond in back. They added a free popcorn machine in the lobby since our last stay. They even offered 6 different kinds of popcorn toppings! Free cookies and candy at the front desk. Free lemon water, coffee and tea. Elevator works great, not old and scary like some other hotels we have stayed at. Front desk personnel were fantastic, friendly and helpful! Easy, free spacious parking. There are plenty of food options right outside the door (Chipotle, Taco Bell, Pizza, Red Robin, Jimmy John's) or you are a short drive away to many, many more options. It's a quiet hotel. It's very near to many of the fun things to do, but just far enough away that is not busy and crowded. All 3 of the rooms we have stayed in have been clean and spacious. We love this hotel and would recommend to everyone!

The parking lot was full but it was so quiet inside of the hotel, the breakfast were wonderful every morning. I plan to stay there anytime I’m in Madison, Wisconsin
