We had to change rooms because there was blood on a mattress. Then the second room was even dirtier. We presented photos to the person on duty after 8 hours of driving who told us we could not get a different room after that: Either take what we were offered or leave. It seemed like we truly inconvenienced him from sitting on his phone, which was fine. We spent more money at the competition across the street for a larger and clean room.

Room was very spacious and comfy. Wifi was speedy. Beds were comfy and sofa bed did the trick. Staff seemed a bit grumpy. Not a smile in sight. Night clerk and day clerk both seemed a bit upset. Breakfast can use a bit of upgrading. Food was ok, but pretty limited. Ok ... maybe this should have been a 4.5 out of 5 score.

Property has taken a pretty bad hit on reviews. Considering the age, not bad. Furniture was old, but our room was clean, the king size bed very comfy, front desk extremely helpful and full breakfast with fresh waffles, eggs, bagels, cream cheese, etc.

Worst hotel experience ive ever had
Not sure where to start but its been a horrible experience. The worst staff i have ever had to deal with. This old woman at the front desk is one of the rudest people i have ever met. She is Nasty, openly and very quickly ready to threaten you if you dont want room service or want the nasty staff in your room to clean. Its just been a horrible stay. We were also put next to someone who literally had been screaming at the top of her lungs at her kids every single day. We reported the abuse to the front desk and they literally dont care at all. Was told they would do nothing about it. Apparently money is more important than their customer's satisfaction. Overall this has been a nightmare. My advice is dont stay at this hotel.

Comfy Rooms
We stayed here for 5 days total while caring for a relative closeby. The front desk folks, especially Michele was awesome and so helpful. The facilities were fine and our room was comfy. The elevator broke when we were trying to check out. We were on 3rd floor and im partially disabled. Two staff members helped me bring my things down so i could depart as scheduled. All in all, we would come back again. It was very conveniently located as well. Thank you to staff.

First off the bed was possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on, the staff was nice, the breakfast was as expected at a hotel, the only reason that it doesnt get a five star rating is the hallways on the 2nd and 3rd floors smelled like weed.
