Free breakfast, Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room is tiny not enough space for our luggage.
The hotel is nicely situated, a 15-minute walk from the castle and the heart of Old Town. We were able to reach all our Fringe destinations within a maximum half-hour walk.
The wifi in the room is strong and the beds pretty comfortable. Good blackout curtain in the room.
The "cozy" room for two friends was a bit small, but not ridiculously small.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Lovely quiet room 5 mins walk from Haymarket station, no restaurant but bar and continual breakfast. Reasonable price for my trip to the fringe and Tattoo. Staff so friendly and helpful.
Good location for exploring the city and visiting the Fringe.
"Cosy" double is small but functional.
No need to pay additional for the breakfast when you arrive as there is excellent choice on your doorstep.

Point A was great in wanting something that was a walkable distance away from Fringe, but didn’t carry the noise with the festival. Our room was clean and the employees were fantastic! Shout out to Jamie who was cheeky and extremely kind to both my husband and I, and our family that was travelling with us.
point a hotel with small rooms but with what was necessary, we took the breakfast option which was satisfactory. close to attractions. check inn without problems and fast
the people at the desk ready to help. I recommend it for trips with family and friends. Price/quality what is advertised.

Just right for the price, cozy. Needs more plugs. Urine smell in bathroom when we arrived. Covered up with cologne to overpower. Breakfast was awesome.
Staff was kind and Helpful. Clean room and well-maintained due to housekeeping staff. Overall, a wonderful stay. My only complaint is the elevators were always packed with people and getting to the ground floor was nearly impossible.
