We checked in at 7pm then left for dinner but we didn’t check the bed and stuff we just changed and head to dinner but when we came back from dinner, we noticed that there was hairs on the bed, pillows and comforter, we called the front and ask for new pillows and comforter so we don’t have to move rooms then he said he’ll need half an hour to provide one but he was the only one in the hotel so we waited because he works with no one. but we were waiting for a while and didn’t get back to us. we were itching the whole night.

They ask for coupon for breakfast, however the reception did not give it at the registration time. We need to go to the reception everyday.

Hot tub still hasnt been fixed ! Been coming here for almost 3 years. Hasnt been fixed since new owners took over. The bedding in our room was covered in what looks like dog hair. Probably wasnt even changed from the person before us. Carpets are nasty n not vacuumed. Hair all over the bathroom too. And whats with this 1 waffle rule?! Ludicrous. Probably wont be back until things improve.

I read a lot of reviews about the hotel, but thought I would try staying there. There is security at the hotel. They went out and told the people playing their music loudly at 1 am to turn off the music. The people did. I always check the sheets in the bed before i go to sleep (should have checked sooner). There were long hairs and a spot of blood and dirt on the sheets. They didn't look clean. The comforter looked cleaner. Also, it looked like there was dog hair in the bathtub. The hotel does allow pets. The shower drained fine so that was good. The shower took some time to warm up. Since, it was really late/early in the morning and I was tired I let the front desk know in the morning when I checked out. I feel if I would have brought my concerns the hotel would have solved my concerns. I just wanted to let people know my experience since everyones experience is different.

This property should not be posted on Expedia. It is totally unacceptable, had booked 3 nights but did not stay at all. Very dirty and unsafe. 3 security guards in the front lobby, very sketchy guests!
