Im currently in the room right now and the only reason my Family and I are still here is that we are waiting for our airbnb tomorrow. This place is filthy, genuinely filthy, the pillows had hair human and animal, the bath room is gross and the towels have brown crusty stuff on them and it stinks like smoke so much. We just need a place to sleep, but I am sorely tempted to take pictures and report to AHS.

Hotel was ok. Pool slide was broken! Hot tub was broken! That was a huge disappointment! Rooms were clean. Probably would not return.

You get what you pay for. It was pretty average, the window didn’t lock or close properly. The bathroom sink and towels had a few hairs in them when we got in. But I just requested new ones and rinsed out the sink, and everything was good. The staff were amazing, very kind, very accommodating, very friendly. It made staying there better.

Sketchy people everywhere. Dirty, Hot tub not working, room stinks, felt unsafe. I left in an hour and found a different accommodation Did not feel safe there with my granddaughter. Do not recommend unless you are Sketchy, drugy, or hooker.

It’s a very dirty and outdated hotel room then I was expecting. There is a lot of homeless people wandering the lobby area and outside the hotel which made it feel unsafe.

The room had a very unpleasant odor. Definitely needs to have an upgrade or at least a refresher. The door did not lock and people were trying to get into the room throughout the night. No safe in the room. Hallways were extremely loud.

Homeless and gang members hanging in/around hotel. Hallways were dirty. Garbage thrown all over the place. Outlets in room did not work. Lights would turn on randomly throughout the night. Doors slamming open/closed at 2am. Would highly not recommend to other travellers especially women and families with young kids. Prior to this experience I thought travelodge was a reputable hotel. I’ve stayed in many throughout the years and never had any complaints or issues but this one has made me think twice about trusting a hotel companies name.

In the breakfast room was very dirty. the juice machine only had one option. Bucked of hard boiled eggs in the fridge with the milk for you cereal and coffee. Wow.. the have white bread & maybe 2 to 3 bagels.. they had a waffle machine & was was very very dirty. The waffle mix was empty but after asking to breakfast lady she filled it. Very very thick mix.. over all the food was terrible. The room was just as bad.. they have dogs in the rooms as well which bark at all times. At least 5 dogs on one floor in different rooms. I was there for 4 days & house keeping never can in to change the garbage or change the towels in the bathroom. The only good think was the front desk agent was very nice.
