This property was nice and fairly well maintained (a few small things not cleaned quite to my standard, but mostly pretty good and I’m just picky). There were lots of perks like complimentary drinks and the desk was pretty responsive to requests for towels and the like. Wonderful breakfast options, only complaint there was that there was only one waffle maker and always a line. But I loved the personalized omelets! Might want to check on elevator maintenance, but it also could be in progress… our stay was over a holiday. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel in on busy I 10, the lobby was nice and decorated and the service was excellent. We got to the room and it was nice and clean. We had been on the road for over 10 hours so I jumped into the shower and no shower kel and the only soap was one tinny bar. It was a 2 gueen room and we only had two towels wash clothes and hand towels. What if there were 4 people staying in the room. I had a hard time sleeping due to the very loud noise from I10. I will not stay here again

Horrible take your money elsewhere! Very dirty the air filter looks like it has not been changed in years. Housekeeping never showed up for three days even when I called and asked for service so many times. The shower gel was watered down literally all water no shower gel I don’t know how they did not switch it out for a new bottle.

Nice staff poor condition
We reserved a six occupancy accessible room since that is what was available. However, when we arrived at our room it did not have a sleeper sofa. We were then told accessible rooms do not have sleeper sofas as listed on Hotels.com. The staff kindly provided us with a complementary second room, so we had to split our kids between the two rooms. The condition of the hotel is very poor. The toilet seat was broken, the refrigerator had food in it, the bathroom had only one dim light, the bathroom door latch was broken, the coating on the porcelain tub was peeling, and the tub spout was smeared with silicone. Our room had only two towels and washcloths and the conditioner bottle was empty in the shower. The breakfast buffet and omelette station ran out of food well before breakfast was over. We have never had a bad experience at Embassy suites previously. This was the worst embassy suites we have ever stayed at.

I booked this property as our final night hotel before our flight home after camping in the national parks. It was totally worth it. Our room was quiet and all big. It was fantastic to organize all our luggage after a week camping. Staff were amazing at check in, bar service, and breakfast service. We loved the omelets and all the food options. We highly recommend!

I don’t understand the bad reviews honestly it has been one of the best hotels we have stayed in. I stayed with my family I saw a lot of families and rooms were pretty quiet. Room was truly comfortable and huge compared to other hotels. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was magnificent, everyone was so nice!
