I am definitely not one to complain as I will always try to be understanding, but what I encountered during my stay was no where near acceptable. The condition of the hotel is questionable, but I could see that updates were being made. My room, was another issue. As soon as I walked in, the room smelled musty and Smokey. The drawer from the bed side table was missing, the microwave was dirty and the glass tray was missing inside. The floor was filthy and the bedding had multiple stains on it. I almost would’ve left but that would have left me sleeping in my car.

I did not like anything about this place.They didn't change sheets in 2 of the rooms that I was put in. I had to ask for clean sheets and towels. And I had to make the bed myself. They also did not change the towels or face clothes. Furniture and rooms appear to have semen stains all over them. I would not recommend this place for no one. And they seriously needs an evaluation From the health department.

Desk person was very nice (Alfonso?) and treated us well. Asked for a few extra washcloths and he without hesitation got them. Compared to other hotels in the area this one was well kept and good for the price. Would stay here again

I do not understand a bed that is made up with only sheets on a 41-degree night. There seemed to be some surprise when I asked for a blanket. I had to double the thin one I received. My shower was dripping.

Find somewhere else unless desperate
Incredibly dirty and run down! Had to ask for bath towels as none were provided! The small hand towels that were in there were used and dirty! Same with the bedding! No comforter provided unless requested! I asked for 2 so we could lay on one and cover with the other! Just felt so nasty in there, the shower was so gross and hair in the drain I didn’t even shower and my little one was afraid to be in the shower! You felt like you didn’t wanna touch anything the moment you walked into the hotel!

The hotel was dirty, there was trash piled up in the hallways, we found a dead roach in our room, we wore shoes the entire time because the floor was filthy. Not just our room, the entire hotel seemed to be in a rundown state, the common areas, the parking lot, the elevator and the stairs, etc. I’ve stayed a cheap motels that took more pride in their property than this place. The “breakfast” was joke. I booked three nights, and ended up checking out early. Do not stay here.
