First off, I booked it trying to use my credits. While the prive was discounted, I had to pay and didn't get to use my credits. Not sure if I read about a hot tub or saw it in a photo. A family member mentioned this location was great when they stayed a few years back. Surprise...indoor pool yes. Hot tub, no. No hot water for showers...that was disappointing. Toilet seat seemed to be broken. Free breakfast offered great options but the food was cold. It was a quiet building and location was close to a variety of restaurant options. It was simply a quick trip to give us exhausted seniors a chance to rest after a long day of celebrating Christmas with family.

We got there ready for a hot shower and the water was cold. I asked to be moved due to the wawr issue and they wouldnt do thatThe pet area had a full bag the first day and was just overflowing when we left. The microwave didnt work and they said they could let me in another room to heat my food up. The room was nice but i had no hot water or microwave the whole time despite my complants. The last day the offered to wace pet fee but still very unsatisfactory.

It reads as an owner who doesn't want to repair and keep up property and a staff that doesn't care to give effort. Maybe both are true. The pool is a health hazard and molded. The fitness center equipment is gross and broken

The whole reason for booking for rest and shower. I couldn't get a shower due to no hot water i had really important things to take care and had to rescheduled. I fell like i waisted money. Then breakfast ends at 6:30 . If i would've known that i wouldn't went somewhere else

Not too bad but I will not stay here again!
Avoid room 308! Everything seemed fine until I pulled back the cover on the bed and found... blood stains? I went to shower. I pulled the towel from under the sink—all the towels were soaked and had mold. Black mold under the sink!!!! The lady at the front was very nice and quickly assigned me a new room but didn't even apologize for anything. I honestly don't think she was surprised about the mold.

The first room the phone did not work. The second room was better, but definitely showing its age, The Staff was great. Breakfast was adequate, needed more fresh fruit and cheese for the biscuit sandwiches.

Terrible management. There was a three day outage of hot water. No communication at all and no offer on alternatives or compensation. I had to wait 30 minutes to check-in. Property looks like it needs a mayor restoration. Patched walls everywhere. Poor breakfast options.

First, the room I was assigned 316, was under maintenance. Tje shower was disable and the room wasn't clean and ready. I was assigned to room 317. At breakfast place there was a rud and cold lady with terrible manners. I asked about t h e microwave ans she replied what for?, I needed for my oatmeal ans she said add water to it and I'll cook it in the kitchen. Even when I asked for milk instead of water, she cook it with water and she said " do you see this? it says water, W A T E R! When I proceed to serve my eggs I found the tray was almost empty and with very dry eggs, I decided to serve a litle of it and left the cover open to show the tray was empty. The lady came and slammed the cover on the tray and told me THIS MUST BE COVERED AFYER YOU SERVE YOIRSELF! . I replied mentioning the eggs were dry and very few leftovers and told her she should bring fresh eggs. I do not appreciate rudness for the service. I hope you can do something about it since I'm a repetitive gest.
