Hard time to answer phone and long waiting time.
Had a hard time for the hotel to answer the phone to be picked up. I understand that they were busy with other guest trying to check in. Once they answered the phone and told them where we were according to the instructions received, had to wait for 30 to 45 minutes for the van to show up. Once at the hotel everything went smooth on check in.

Overall service was great. The people at the front desk weee very helpful. My daughter was injured and they helped, let us stay in the room passed check out because of the crazy. The rooms and the hotel need a little face lift, though. Can definitely see the wear and tear.

This worked for the purpose, it's close by LAX and there's a 24 hours shuttle, which helped with our early 5am flight. It's in a busy area, but there's an In n Out across the street and a big dining area in the lobby where we ate take out. We didn't try breakfast (we left too early), but it looks like they had a pretty good set up for it. Our room was decent, not great, but we were there less than 12 hours, so it was fine. It felt humid in the room and smelled a little musty. Luckily, we were able to open the windows, which helped, because the a/c didn't work properly. Next time I will choose an airport that's on the LAX side of the freeway.

This place was the worst. The AC in the room didn’t work and it was a hot and humid 95 degree day which made it so much worst. Aside from that it was so noisy at night. Homeless people walk near there and you can hear all their cart movement. The hotel seemed so muggy and gross. Our sheets had stains on it and the curtains had something that looked like blood on them. Literally the worst experience for a one night stay ever. On top of that you have to pay $40 a night for parking. The hotel does not have any waiver for it at all. For the quality of the place the price is the worst ever. Should’ve stayed at an air bnb. I wouldn’t be surprised if we brought bed bugs home because of this place!

Quick trip from airport using free shuttle, very friendly staff, places to eat within walking distance, we always felt safe, rooms were decent and it had free breakfast. I would stay here again.

Air conditioning was broken so we were sent to ALoft where their A/C was barely working, room was tiny, the water smelled awful and they were going to charge us an extra $20+ per person for their breakfast buffet (which looked awful).
