Larger room. Spacious and the rear side courtyard by the pool was a plus. However, there wasn't any towers in my room when I checked in. Bathroom wasn't clean. Seemed that the cleaning crew was busy taking care of things. Tub needs some improvement. Drainage plug wasn't working well.

The rooms were not soundproof. The person who checked me in said there will be a $50 hold charge on my card. Later that night, I received a notification for a $505 hold charge. Someone checked me out one day early and I almost got charged again. This was horrible. I couldn't enjoy my time in Chicago because of the amount they put on hold. They did not tell me there was a second door connected to the person next to my room. I had to move the sofa to block that door.

I didn't like that the host at the counter had an attitude at check in, I did like that we were offered a late checkout. Our room door was open upon arrival.

Great location good prices but is could use a face lift some paint bathroom need updating. But overall good it's nice they have a restaurant and bar and a lot of places to sit and hang out. The staff was great the bartender and wait staff amazing.
