I liked the room, except no fridge. Staff was great. Checking in and out was super easy. Keyless entry is great. Food was great. Open gambling area: so don’t feel so closed in. Everything was nice.

after having a horrific experience with another hotel i had no choice but to find a room last minute. i went with the luxor and had an amazing experience here. it was worth the money i lost out on at the other hotel. the staff were amazing and made accommodations for us last minute. i will be a returning customer. thank you for making my first vegas trip rememberable.

Room was hot the entire stay. Put a service request in at noon, got back to the room at 11pm and nothing had been done. Did send a repair guy at midnight. Worked on it for an hour then had to wait another 40min for a fan. The room only had one AC vent in a corner next to the window. NO ventilation in the bathroom where you are trying to get dressed. Only compensation was removing the resort fees of < $150 and a coupon for one of their dining rooms. Bathroom floor looked filthy. Only had towels for 1person. The room in general was tired and outdated. Bed was very uncomfortable. Poor lighting. Of course no coffee pot, fridge or microwave as is common with resort hotels. Stayed here for close proximity to the stadium but would never stay here again. There are too many other choices. We’ll stay elsewhere and Uber here or Mandalay Bay to use the pedestrian walk.
