Beautiful classy weekend
Beautiful hotel, we stayed for three nights to visit the Christmas market. We had a Pillows suite which was very spacious with a walk in wardrobe! Very comfortable bed and great walk in shower. Was surprised that the hotel uses single use plastics for bathroom products still. The bar was very quiet and did not have much of a vibe, however we did stay in the week and perhaps it’s more lively at the weekend, however the cocktails were great! One of the most chilled and enjoyable breakfast experiences we have had at a hotel!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Good spa facilities with small pool, infrared solarium and sauna. Brilliant breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very comfortable and close to city center
Loved our stay at Pillows. We had a very long day of traveling and arrived early to the property, and they were very accommodating about letting us check in early. The girl at the front desk was also very helpful and showed us where everything was and was also able to call us a taxi to the train station during our stay. The location was good - within walking distance of the city center and a tram stop. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were unsure about how to work the coffee machine and rain shower, but the front desk was helpful. We wish we had prebooked the breakfast, because it was pretty pricey buying it day of. Can’t wait to return to Ghent one day, and we’d love to stay at Pillows again.
