I have no stayed there a few times , and every time they take money with no notice and a email saying why they have, I love oaks but I won’t be staying at this oaks hotel ever again

This was my second stay at Oaks Charlotte. I use the lap pool and that is clean and nice temperature. Love the rooms and location. Very happy with my stay.

All very good but with one shortcoming - the WiFi is very poor and sometimes unusable. I had to sit in reception to use it, but even there it cut out some of the time. This is probably only a problem for international visitors who cannot use mobile data. For Australians this property should be good.

It’s in a busy part of city. Room was drab but adequate. I was surprised by a feeling of claustrophobia when I entered the room. I still enjoyed my stay and will go back.

The views are great. Views of river, cityscapes, mountains. It was quiet hands to restaurants & cafes. It was unpleasant that a dirty towel from previous person was left on back of bathroom door. I didn't want staff interrupting my space to fix it. It was uncomfortable.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and well set out. The location was great with close proximity to the CBD and public transport. Definitely stay there again when visiting Brisbane.
