It was a nice place to stay no major complaints. My only complaint is we were told there was a fast pass for $40 to purchase the morning before we left to make our trip across the border a little faster. (We checked out at 5:30am) and that morning the guy said it was $45 dollars and we questioned the guy at the front desk about it being $40 dollars and then he just told us the government website was down and we couldn’t get one (he seemed frustrated and mad about us questioning him) This delay forced us to cancel our flights and rebook. It takes on a good day 2 hours to get across the border and with the fast pass about 15-30 minutes to get across. (Just know if your an American and pay in American currency you will be over charged by everyone you do business with and things are a lot cheaper than what you might pay for in the state. It’s a tourist place where they know they can take advantage of you and overcharge you.)

An extremely noisy location at night. The room was over a bar that plays loud music very late. Confusing rates over pets. It’s different every place you look. Even the rules posted in the lobby I are different than the website. Day staff is very nice. Night staff is… not so much. Great location for food, walking, bars, etc. Shower needs a cleaning. Mildew. Hall way carpet is very stained. Very secure parking.

I stay here more than 5 times never a issue til this Sunday night the AC was linking water and the pillows are so hard our necks started to hurt on monday morning we told the service lady and she gave us different pillows much better. I have videos and pictures but won't let me add nor post.

Sylvia and Eden were great at the lobby. All staff at the hotel were friendly and very accommodating Pool was nice and clean as was the room and bathroom. Will be back on our next trip to Ensenada..

Convenient property for tourists on foot. Located in heart of the tourist zone on Calle Adolfo López. Hotel has a very good, reasonably priced spa onsite. Competitively priced stay. Nothing Uber-fancy, but that adds to the authenticity. Thumbs up.
