It was very easy to find and accessible. Everything was kept in impeccable condition. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. Fresh linens and toiletries were always avaliable upon request. My favorite part was actually the staff! The front desk lady and gentleman were absolutely delightful! They interacted with my husband, me, our children, and family members in such a joyous way! The front desk lady actually played a joke on my niece and told her no pets allowed when she brough in her giant stuffed unicorn and the whole interaction was just delightful! We highly recommend the Best Western Inn in Opp, AL to any and all travelers. Whether it's looking for a nice place on a budget or wanting to stay somewhere with staff that really care about you, this place has it all!

The bathroom was dirty. Used little shampoo bottle and dirty floor. Mini fridge did not get cold. The milk at the breakfast bar was extremely watered down. The cereal was stale. Price was too high for a place that cuts corners. Will avoid Best Westerns for now on.

EMPTY hotel but no early check in. Bad customer sv
No hand soap in the lobby restroom is a red flag. Only one restroom available/ working. No one was at the front desk to greet you unless you shout 'hello.' The hotel was virtually empty. There were 1-2 cars in the parking lot (including mine) the entire time. I arrived early 11:30-12 and asked if early check-in was available but was denied. Again, the hotel was virtually empty but I was informed the cleaning staff didn't have time to clean rooms (at EMPTY hotel). When I asked if I was the ONLY person in the hotel as my car war the only car in the parking lot when I arrived. At checkout the front desk informed me there were 12 overnight guests. The hotel was basically empty. I understand an early check policy but this was POOOOOR customer service as there were rooms obviously available. The free breakfast is also POOOOR.

Great price for a great stay
This is a beautifully maintained property. It feels like it's newly constructed. Impressive lobby area, quick-and-professional check-in, comfortable and quiet rooms. Bed is comfortable, really nice bathroom, and great breakfast options. I really like this place!
