Ours and every room had an enormous amount of pigeon poop on the decks and in and around the pool! This is a very unhealthy environment for all people!

The property was clean, but rundown. The proximity to surrounding area was good. 2 stars for cleanliness/hospitality of staff and proximity. I am deducting three stars for these reasons: 1. The water pressure was extremely low. It took 30 minutes to fill the bathtub and I found that to be the only acceptable way to bathe as the shower gave just a wee drizzle when on warm/hot. 2. The breakfast staff was unable to fulfill the buffet area in a timely manner. The wait was very long and the crowd was large. After waiting for the food for more than 30 minutes, we had to leave on an empty stomach, to get to our destination. 3. There were residents living in the hotel. In the room next to me, a boy was getting a haircut on the balcony and it was obvious they were living out of their cars and the hotel room by the amount of belongings they had littered all over the lawn and balcony. The children were running up and down the hall and lawn area loudly, after dark.

DISAPPOINTED
Arrived at 10 pm I specifically asked for a rollaway bed in my reservation that I made three months ago. We get there and the guy tells me oops sorry I didn’t read the notes! Well that’s great because my 24-year-old daughter slept in a chair because the carpets are so disgusting. This hotel is so dated the carpets are disgusting. It has that old hotel smell that they try to cover up with Febreze, there were flies that we could not get rid of. I read other peoples reviews and I guess I should’ve listened to the negative ones. DO NOT stay here to save a buck. I guess you get what you pay for

Easy to get to park and get to room. Buffet is not restocked and is very basic to begin with. One person was staffed to prepare and restock all food, coffee, etc. There were no forks, pastries, coffee (FIVE empty carafes), potatoes, and something that may have once been eggs. Cereal was strewn everywhere, there was a line for waffles (probably because you could use your hands to eat?) and batter all over the counters and floor. We skipped the buffet the first morning because it just looked too busy, but this? I’ve never seen anything like this at the cheapest hotels I’ve booked. Understaffed and in disrepair- I won’t book here again.

Worn and tired, but clean and adequate.
The Red Lion in Wenatchee is quite worn…scratched furniture and duck tape on the carpet. But the service was fine and the beds were comfortable. I had a problem with my shower and my sister had a problem with her television. However, they gave us a small discount because of these issues. The full breakfast was quite decent the first day; however, the second day they were running out of items so we couldn’t have everything we wanted.
