I’ve stayed there before but this time my experience was not great, the carpet in our room was dirty, had not been vacuumed and there was some hair in the shower, not only that but I was charged even though I had booked and paid through expedia, I was given the wrong room and had to keep calling to get my refund yet I didn’t get my full refund, they still owe me $21 but I’m not even going to bother with them because every time that they said that they would call me to fix the issue; they never did, I was the one who kept calling and it was very frustrating because it was their error not mine, anyways not a great experience at all.

A little dated but clean and comfortable. We booked a king suite which has a surprisingly large kitchenette with the basic equipment you might need but nothing extra. Breakfast is just ok, though the waffles are pretty decent. Does exactly what you want a Best Western to do. Value for money not exceptional though it was a weekend with a big concert at the Gorge.

I had made a reservation in april. Two days before we arrived in July, they cancelled our reservation for apparently no reason at all and didn’t let us or Expedia know. It was for a concert in the area so everything else in the area was sold out by then. Only one lady was on staff and she didn’t know anything and couldn’t help us, and no one else would answer their phone. The manager was on vacation.
