I'd go again
A beautiful newly remodeled hotel. The side we stayed on. When booking make sure you ask for the New Hotel Wing. The old one is not pretty and smells old. The side we upgraded to was expensive but New. Bed was very hard. But the view was nice and the rest of the room was great! If you want to go out to eat, and can't afford a lot do Not eat in their restaurant, it's extremely expensive, we were ignored most of the time we were there and way Overcharged. Not only that but the food was mediocre at best. It was a pretty dining experience but the food was not and the service was worse... For three people we spent almost $200 and that was not with any drinks only two waters and a soda. Very expensive restaurant!

The hotel is currently remodeling and can definitely tell it’s going to look great! The room was cute, cozy and CLEAN, and the view was beautiful! Definitely would recommend and stay again!!

The room was beautiful, however we paid extra for a lake view and we got a nice view of the dumpsters instead. The coffee in the lobby was amazing. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Property is still very much under construction so check is awkward and checkin location is well separated from the hotel - so is the dining area - room was clean but friend’s room was less clean, had broken lock and warped floors. Reality certainly did not match the site’s description of their “luxury” property & its amenities - ultimately felt I overpaid

The views are simply incredible - gorgeous rooms, lovely dinner, and awesome coffee all right in one place. We joked we could have spent the entire weekend without leaving the hotel. The complimentary bikes and kayaks are an awesome perk too. Thank you, Terrace Bay!

The new addition is wonderful. The view is worth the higher room rate. We watched the sun and moon rise over the bay. The Freshwater tavern is also excellent.

The upgrade to the hotel is phenomenal. You really did a nice job of keeping the charm of the 100 plus year property and did a very nice job of updating it. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.
