Fantastic Location!

We enjoy staying in Estes Park a few times per year throughout the seasons, so we're familiar with the area. This location is perfectly situated---it's on the river, which is peaceful and draws a lot of wildlife. It's a VERY short stroll along the river down to the local coffee shop. And it's in very close proximity to the downtown area and shops, as well as the entrance to RMNP. The house itself is clean with an open concept that allows everyone to comfortably visit with each other. The loft upstairs allows for extra space for relaxing and/or additional sleeping if needed. The fireplace makes it very cozy. There are TVs in every room with apps to watch Netflix, Amazon, etc. Kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans if you want to cook breakfast or dinner at the house. We will definitely be back!

Perfect spot

This home is impeccably clean and upkept, the location is perfectly near everything but right on the river so you still feel away from the city. We had elk in our backyard! Would definitely stay again.

Great location, no a/c

The house was in a good location but it was very uncomfortable to sleep in at night as there was no a/c. We stayed here in the summer and even with the windows open and fans going, the upstairs didn't get below 74 degrees.

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was clean, the furniture was comfy and it was a short drive downtown. Having the Big Thompson River in the backyard was awesome! Lots of time spent at the river!The host was quick to answer any questions we had. We had a fantastic stay at this property.

Comfortable, quiet location, wildlife

Apart from receiving the wrong entry code, and having trouble contacting managers (terrible phone signal up there!) we really enjoyed our stay. If the town of Estes Park was not completely torn up due to construction (until Jan 2025 BTW) it would be an easy walk to town! Aldo missing a few human touches like salt, pepper, laundry detergent but then again it is off season,!

Home needs a complete refresh from carpet to paint and curtains to toilets that do not flush without having to hold the handle. The location is great and we loved walking along the river. Unfortunately, we received little to no help on issues with no heat and battery for remote for the main floor TV to front door entry that seemed to need a battery as it was difficult to get it on to enter code to get in. Then we lost internet while halfway thru a movie with my young granddaughter and received no help even troubleshooting. We did not have internet for several hrs on our last night. I truly hate leaving a bad review but feel we should have at least been reimbursed for part of our stay given the number of issues we experienced that affected our stay.

Beautiful condo located on the Big Thompson River.

We loved the location of this condo! It is close to downtown Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park and backs up to the beautiful Big Thompson River. There is a nice walking path that runs along the river and you can even take a short walk to a coffee shop. We were entertained by elk, mule deer and turkey strolling through the yard. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace to warm up by at night. The washer and dryer were also a plus. It was very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Place

River running through backyard with friendly deer coming right up to the deck and 5 minutes from entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Could not have been happier. Note that Google Maps at the time of our stay was a bit off but we found the location pretty easily thanks to the instructions.

Perfect setting & Location

We had a great stay here. Accommodations were as expected. Next to small river & saw wildlife every day in the backyard. The setting was perfect for us. Location is just outside the Rocky Mountain Nat. Park entrance with Estes Park equally convenient in the other direction. The importance of the location really became apparent when accessing the park. We really liked having a garage too. All appliances worked well. The whole family loved it & hubby can be hard to please. We most likely will return for another visit.

Oh so wonderful!

We had plenty of space for 5 people. The place is immaculate.Everything we needed was there. A variety of wildlife wandered about the neighborhood. We also saw a bear at dawn. A great time.

Wonderful experience

It was a great place to stay for our family vacation. Great location, clean and roomy. We were able to buy groceries and eat most meals there. Having a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer were immensely appreciated.

We really liked the location and layout of the condo. It worked out for everyone. We all noticed the dirty and stained carpet first thing. Making a call to management, we were informed they knew and it was scheduled for a cleaning. A remote for the garage would have been appreciated. They we very quick to change the batteries in the front door security lock. Thanks for a great stay.

Always Happy with Fall River

We've enjoyed these townhomes for over 10 years. They are a perfect location. This unit didn't disappoint. For families with children, our one "heads up" is that the unit is pretty sparse on puzzles, books, etc. These things are helpful for nap times, down times or rainy afternoons. So, know that it offers the bare minimum and come prepared.

Nice property/ poor maintenance.

The property was nice, but it there are only two shower/baths and one of them was not working. The fridge was not cooling properly and the owners did not attempt to fix the problems until after we left.
