The property is just old. The bed was pretty hard my back was killing me when I got up. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The TV was pretty old too.

We had been traveling for 2 weeks and happily found the beds and pillows be extremely comfortable and the room, though on the small side, pleasingly decorated in CO style. The Inn’s location just past the busy town and was perfect for entry into Rocky Mtn Park. Fabulous coffee shops were adjacent and just down the street along the river. Next door, Bird and Jim restaurant had wonderful Colorado cuisine. We enjoyed the fire pit and comfy wooden chairs while watching elk graze across l the street! Our tub wasn’t draining well but was promptly fixed upon informing resort staff. Our only complaint was that the floor needed to be washed though it had been swept or vacuumed.

Stayed for 10 nights mid-September of 2024. Was very quiet and clean. Two miles from Beaver Meadows Entrance Station of Rocky Mountain National Park. Walkable to Bird and Jim Restaurant and a local deli/bakery (Scratch). My only gripe was the water pressure in the shower which one day went down to a trickle for about 30 seconds twice while I was lathered up. I rinsed off quickly after that!!! That only occurred once. You can park right outside your room. The outside of the inn doesn't look impressive but the rooms are a good size, are renovated, and are well appointed. Housekeeping was good. The rooms appear in person as they do in the photos online. I will definitely stay again.

Fan rattled so much it was unusable. Beds were hard as a rock and I like a firm mattress. We've stayed here before and it's a great location close to the park but likely choose elsewhere next trip. We don't need a lot just a good night's sleep.

Great service
We had a nice time here. Some of the posted pictures are deceiving. It’s in an okay area that is close to almost everything. It is clean but very small. Bed was not comfortable for us. Service was very good and accommodating. Next time we come we would stay in the mountains though.

We had a Mountain View, what else can you ask for?! The motel was clean and cute, 1 mile from the Rocky Mountain National Park. Me and my mom loved it there.
