The Owl's Nest is ideally situated above Bond Park, right in the heart of downtown Estes Park. This spacious 1,336-square-foot home features a stunning 350-square-foot deck that offers breathtaking views of the Stanley Hotel, the Lumpy Mountain Range, and a partial view of Lake Estes—making it a perfect spot to enjoy the July 4th fireworks.

On the main floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with spectacular views of Lumpy Range, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two twin beds.

The private main suite upstairs has been beautifully updated and now offers complete seclusion, featuring a full bathroom, a walk-in closet, and lovely views of the Stanley Hotel and Lumpy Ridge. For added convenience, we provide a full-size washer and dryer, as well as Trailblazer fiber 1 Gbps broadband Wi-Fi, the fastest in Estes Park.

Enjoy your favorite shows on our four Smart TVs with Netflix and Fubo. One in each bedroom and one in the living room. You’ll also have the pleasure of observing abundant wildlife in the area.

Our prime location means you’re just a short walk away from shopping, the Aerial Tramway, and Fun City, which offers miniature golf, slides, bumper boats, and race cars.

Magically Christmas Stay
My family and family friends stayed here for our Christmas vacation. It was amazing! The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a perfect location. We like to walk to places, mostly, and the cabin was just a couple minutes to the downtown shopping area. We loved every about it. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again. Highly recommended!

This was an excellent property that met our needs for my husband and two 70+ year old relatives. One seventy year old with slight mobility issues was able to navigate the home without issues. The cottage had everything you could need, plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked, and great lighting throughout. Highly recommend this property.

This was the most beautiful little Owls Nest! The hosts were fast to respond and even got us in early. It was so clean and comfortable. It’s in the perfect spot in town to walk to everything. We will be staying here again.

The location of the property was ideal to be close to town where we could walk everywhere near and we had access to both entrances of the park with ease. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, plenty of space, and was an overall comfortable stay and environment. House is well taken care of with little features that made this a great stay. Love the notes that helped us navigate the house & the stuff in drawers/cabinets was laid out so you can find what you're looking for. Kitchen well stocked with all the essential cookware & utensils. Only suggestion is that it would be great if coffee was provided for at least the first morning. Beds were very comfy and we loved that there are extra pillows and blankets available. Master bedroom is beautiful and the thick carpeting on the stairs keeps things quieter. The whole house has a cozy feel to it & can't beat the location! Quiet neighborhood...don't worry about the barky dogs across the street...thought it might be a problem, but they settled down. Couple minute walk to downtown shops, bars & restaurants and the Birch Ruins are nearby if you want a place to take a short walk and learn a little history about this area. Communication with the owner was excellent. Seriously, this is one of the best VRBOs my family has stayed in.

Great place to pregame for a wedding week
We were in town getting ready to host a wedding at the Stanley Hotel The Hilltop Cottage was a great location - with off street parking and very walkable to DT EP both of which are real premium amenities It was very well stocked and could hold our crowd well The views of the mountains and the Stanley Hotel were fantastic!! Last but not least the hosts were great communicators and very responsive / helpful!

Perfect Christmas Family Vacation
Great location and the home will have everything that you need. Just a short walk down to downtown or just hang back in the living room and look at the mountains or the deer that frequent the area. Just such a cool and comfortable place. We can’t wait to come back!

Great house. Especially loved the kitchen it was well stockes
It was a great place, and very easy to check in. We enjoyed the rooms. The kitchen was well set up. It had plenty of spices and all that we could use to cook with. There’s a cute bunny in the front yard. We hope to stay there again in the future.
